Condition
and Terms of payment :
Full prepayment within 35 days before arrival,
for the peak season-requires 50% deposit on reservation. Visa/master
card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.

No show policy :
- Full range of stay will be charged if late cancellation for
the peak season e.g. 35 days.
- 2-night rate will be charged if late cancellation for the high season
e.g. 10 days.
- 1-night rate charge will be charged if late cancellation for the low season
e.g. 3 days.

Cancellation policy :
All cancellation or amendment must be
made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement
within:
- Peak season cancellation within 35 days before arrival.
- High season cancellation within 10 days before arrival.
- Low season season cancellation within 3 days before arrival.
